PROGRAMS FOR ALL AGES
So what are you waiting for? Start having healthy fun at the Y!
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT: Nurturing the potential of every child and teen with programs for youth and teens, like swimming lessons, sports leagues, gymnastics and the arts.
HEALTHY LIVING: Improving the nation's health and well-being with programs for adults and families, like fitness, adult sports leagues, road races, family nights and birthday parties.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: Giving back to our neighbors and friends with Fundraising and volunteerism, as well as housing, community outreach and educational certification programs.
The Y is the starting point for many youth to learn about becoming and staying active, and developing healthy habits they’ll carry with them throughout their lives. The benefits are far greater than just physical health. Whether it’s gaining the confidence that comes from learning to score a goal or building the positive relationships that lead to good sportsmanship and teamwork, participating in sports at the Y is about building the whole child, from the inside out.
Y Summer Camp
A summer experience that lasts a lifetime! Y Camp is about fun, field trips, making friends, and staying active! Children entering kindergarten through those who have completed 5th grade can enter a safe and fun environment.
Offered for youth ages 11 - 14, our recreational camps provide more opportunities for youth to develop healthy habits, good sportsmanship, teamwork and relationship building.
YMCA Adult Sports Leagues provide a perfect opportunity to be active, social and reconnect, or start fresh with a sport you love. With an emphasis on good sportsmanship and cooperation, the YMCA offers recreational and league sports for men and women who want to have fun with others, while getting an excellent workout.
The YMCA's Swimming programs encourage people of all ages to use the buoyant qualities of water to enhance their physical fitness through exercise. It’s an ideal form of exercise for all ages and increases physical strength and endurance without putting stress and strain on joints. Swimmers and non-swimmers alike can take part in this type of exercise to improve health, fitness and overall well-being.
